The operator runs liquid-bulk industrial gases across Latin America, serving Argentina and Peru among other markets. Corporate IT in the US parent has a hard policy: Microsoft and Copilot only. AWS is blocked. Claude is blocked. Every external AI provider the local team would naturally pick up is blocked. The team still needs to automate two specific operational areas. The constraint is the design parameter, not an exception to it.

The problem
Two workflows defined the cost of doing business. Public-bidding processes (licitação) stalled across regional offices, slowing pipeline turnover. And plant reliability ran on a control system whose alarms and case histories were triaged manually by senior operators, putting the bottleneck on the most senior people on every shift. Both workflows had to be automated inside the Microsoft Copilot stack the corporate IT mandate allowed.
What we built
HomoDeus delivers two agents and one governance layer, all inside Microsoft Copilot Studio. The Public-Bidding (licitação) agent ingests bid documents, drafts compliant responses, and routes them for human approval. The Plant-Reliability agent reads the plant historian and the work-order system, prioritizes alarms by operational risk and historical recurrence, and proposes the work-order queue for the day. On top of both, a Citizen-Developer Enablement layer (governance, ontology, and a coached harness) lets the client's own team automate their own processes after HomoDeus engineers leave.
