How the largest mobility operations company in Portugal automated 96% of its booking workload
600 monthly bookings now flow through autonomous dispatch, reclaiming roughly 432 hours per month from manual triage.
One of the largest mobility operations companies in Portugal runs taxi and ground transport with a booking team handling inbound requests, platform acceptances, scheduling, and customer comms. 600 bookings per month each required manual triage across email, platform APIs, and CRM. HomoDeus replaced the bulk of that work with an autonomous booking pipeline.
Outcomes
Roughly 5,184 hours per year that were spent on manual dispatch now flow through automated agents, with humans handling only exceptions and customer relationships.
The problem
Bookings arrived through multiple channels, each requiring extraction, validation against price floors, capacity checks, COMBO logic, lead-time rules, and platform-specific acceptance flows. The team spent most of its shift on rote dispatch decisions. Growth meant linear headcount additions.
What we built
HomoDeus built an end-to-end booking automation pipeline: IMAP email monitoring, LLM-based parsing, a decision engine encoding price floors and buffers, automated acceptance on multiple booking platforms (Welcome Pickups, Transfeero) via Camoufox and HTTP API, and Google Calendar plus Transfergest CRM integration. Escalation flows route exceptions for human approval via a FastAPI webhook. Deployed on Railway.
