Cymaco's project finances, split across three systems, now sit in one cockpit

In short

Purchase approvals, payables and fiscal documents from Pipefy, Nibo and NF-e files reconcile into a single per-project financial view.

The client

Cymaco Engenharia runs construction projects whose financial truth was split across Pipefy purchase approvals, Nibo payables and receivables, NF-e XMLs, DANFE and boleto PDFs, bank statements and spreadsheets. Nobody could see budgeted, committed, actual and invoiced per project in one place.

The problem

An approved purchase, its payment and the fiscal document behind it lived in three systems with no shared identity. Reconciling a DANFE PDF against its NF-e XML, or a bank statement against the accounting export, was manual work. The financial vocabulary the company runs on existed only in people's heads and spreadsheets.

What we built

Tirion, a financial cockpit fed by a data pipeline. Connectors pull approved purchase requests from Pipefy and financial movements from Nibo, deduplicated and logged on every ingest. A document ledger takes in XML, PDF, spreadsheet and bank statement files, extracts invoice data, and reconciles each DANFE against its NF-e XML by access key, with OCR for scanned documents. Each project gets its own timeline with measurement milestones and a cash curve built from real due dates. All money is handled in integer centavos, so totals reconcile to the cent.

Outcome

Budgeted, committed, actual and invoiced now come from one reconciled dataset instead of three systems and a spreadsheet. Fiscal documents match their payments instead of living in a folder.
