Cascione partners get a daily cited client brief without typing into a CRM
In short
GrowthOS reads the work partners already do and turns it into pipeline intelligence, with every AI suggestion citing its source.
The client
Cascione is a leading Sao Paulo law firm. Partners will not maintain a CRM by hand. Previous attempts left stale databases, and business development had no reliable read on the pipeline.
The problem
Client knowledge lived in calendars, inboxes, meeting recordings, the matter system and BD spreadsheets, none of it consolidated. One hallucinated suggestion to a senior partner would end adoption permanently, so trust had to be engineered in, not assumed. Law firm data also carries ethical walls and permission rules that most retrieval systems ignore.
What we built
GrowthOS assembles a daily Partner Brief, designed to be read in five minutes, from the work partners already do. Every AI artifact carries citations to real source records, with tamper detection on the evidence. Agents suggest, humans approve, and only governed services write data. Permission checks run before any retrieval, including vector search, so ethical walls hold. The audit log is immutable at the database level, and AI accuracy is measured on real Portuguese legal language before any suggestion reaches a partner.
Outcome
Business development gets pipeline signal from work that was already happening instead of from data entry nobody does. Partners get their client picture without changing how they work.
