A place for the obsessed

João Pedro Murad Panizzutti · May 10, 2026

HomoDeus is the testing and training ground for people who want to find out what they are capable of as fast as possible.

Some people walk around with a hole inside.

The right school. The right job. The promotion. The salary. The title.

Nothing satisfies.

The hole is not emptiness. It is unused capacity.

It only closes when you find a challenge at the edge of your capability.

When the environment stops asking you to become normal and starts giving your obsession a function.

That is the person we want.

The person who wants to build all night, read strange books, do something impossible, then wake up wanting more.

The people crazy enough to think they can change the world are the ones who do.

A lot of the best Brazilian talent is trapped inside a Lie.

Trained to wait.

Trained to decorate information instead of understanding it.

Trained to collect useless titles on a CV.

Trained to climb the ladder and play status games.

HomoDeus exists because there is another way.

This is where rare Brazilian talent is forged into elite AI builders: thrown into real institutions, real clients, real risk, and problems big enough to force them to grow.

01

The model

We are building the company as our product. The institution underneath is the real thing.

In the AI era, everything gets copied fast, so talent is the moat.

Whoever wins here is whoever moves reality.

HomoDeus is a results lab. We walk into an institution, diagnose where the real problem lives, design the architecture that solves it, and deploy it into production with the client.

Then we get paid on the result. We have skin in the game. If we do not produce results, we do not get paid.

A long-term partner, not a software factory. The first result pays for the next one.

The model HomoDeus is building is specific: relentless Brazilian talent becoming an operator capable of walking into large institutions, understanding their biggest problems, and solving them with the newest technology.

Talent density is our most important product. The room itself is what we are selling to the people who walk in.

02

The thesis

AI is like fire.

HomoDeus is the forge.

Fire did not make humans slightly more efficient. It changed what humans were capable of.

AI is the same event, now for intelligence and work.

Every company, every workflow, every institution runs on human judgment. When judgment becomes cheaper, faster, and more scalable, the shape of the company changes.

One person now does the work of a team. A team does the work of a company. A company does the work of an industry.

You do not speed up the old company. You rebuild what it is.

Most companies will buy AI and receive theater.

Chatbots with their logo.

Decks talking about transformation.

Pilots that never touch the place where money, risk, speed, and fear live.

HomoDeus was built to reject that.

A HomoDeus operator builds the agent, the workflow, the command center, the approval loop, and the evidence trail.

If the client cannot point to results, the work is unfinished.

03

Our values

Skin in the game.

Show me the incentive, and I’ll show you the outcome.

We get paid on results. We do not care about theater.

Most companies spend their best people on hierarchies. Who reports to whom. Whose deck wins. We spend ours on output. You own what changed, or you own nothing.

High agency.

The old company was a Roman legion. Orders down the ranks, reports back up, people as the wiring in between.

AI breaks that shape. The individual matters more than ever, not less.

No middle layer protects you from the work, and none takes the credit for it. You see the problem, you own the call, you move before anyone hands you instructions.

Speed is the moat.

The SR-71 flew over 4,000 missions and was never shot down — it was simply faster than anything else in the sky. You ship the first version before you feel ready. You use the new model the day it drops.

04

How we choose

If every person can now be 1000x, talent matters more than ever. Hiring is the company, not a function.

We do not hire titles. We hire geniuses. Every hire pulls the average up or down. There is no neutral. If there is doubt, the person does not come in.

Hiring is a Gaussian. Every person bends the curve. The mean of the room is the only mean that matters.

Real genius is idiosyncratic. It does not fit in a box. It needs room to assert itself, so we give total freedom to the people building here.

We see people as a function that evolves in time.

Prestige is a weak signal compared to contact with reality.

There are people with perfect credentials who have never owned a hard result.

There are 20-year-olds with ugly GitHub repos who already carry more operational truth in their body than most analysts.

We look where others don’t. Recruiters look at LinkedIn. We look at the obscure 3am commit, the weird side project, the freshman who already shipped something no one asked for.

We sweep every Brazilian in YC Co-Founder Match. Anyone trying to start a company alone is already in the top 0.1% of initiative.

We look for people already inside startup culture: the ones who read Naval and Peter Thiel, listen to Founders Podcast, and study how companies actually get built.

We DM directly. No recruiter. No form. No résumé.

We want people with internal pressure.

That voice saying they could be more.

If a person needs to be pushed to move, they do not belong here.

People who learn because waiting hurts.

Those who like breaking rules.

People obsessed with agents. Automating one task bores them. They go after the whole system, then build the agent that watches it break and fixes itself by morning.

Their life runs on loops they wrote. The all-nighter is never on the feature. It is on the machine that ships the feature while they sleep. Doing the same work by hand twice feels immoral to them.

People who like books, code, business, history, and messy human systems.

People who train. The gym is the purest expression of our output philosophy. The body gives back exactly what you put into it. Theatre does not work there.

People who work weekends. Because they like the work. The work is their life.

People who can be wrong in public and keep moving.

Consensus is overrated. And dangerous, when you are trying to do something hard. The consensus seeker has already lost before starting.

No one can compete with you on being you. Most of life is a search for who and what needs you the most.

If that is us, come.

05

The process

Four stages. Each exists to reveal one specific thing.

Culture test. How you think. How you react to pressure. Where your ambition lives. Whether you pull the average up or down.

Challenge. A real problem with no structure. 48 to 72 hours to build and ship a working solution. You send the live URL. We test the speed at which you learn what you have never done.

Pool. Real client. Real risk. No safety net. If you bloom, you stay. If not, both of us know fast.

Partnership. We give extreme ownership and independence. You own the client, the output, and the consequences.

06

What we do not want

If you want easy, there are better places.

If you took a corporate job because it was safe, this is not for you.

If you think balance is a virtue, this is not for you.

If you confuse process with progress, this is not for you.

If reading this already made you uncomfortable, that is the filter working. Close the tab.

There is no shortcut here. Most people figure that out and decide it is not for them. Few try.

HomoDeus is not for everyone. We do not want it to be.

07

How we grow you

We are a factory of talent. We take people and amplify them by 1000x.

We will ask everything of you. It will not be easy. It will be the most challenging thing you have ever done.

We give extreme ownership and independence. You own the client, the output, and the consequences. The work other companies hide behind a manager, we put in the center. Five years of growth in five months, or you leave.

The model already works. Bending Spoons did it in Italy. UiPath did it in Romania. EnduroSat did it in Bulgaria. Augusta Labs did it in Portugal. Now HomoDeus does it in Brazil.

We are not a satellite of an empire we did not build. We are the room.

Send the product.

Send the workflow you fixed.

Send your contrarian opinion.

Send the thing you built at 2am because it would not let you sleep.

We are looking for the people who were already going to become dangerous anyway. We are here only to accelerate that.

If you have spent your whole life looking for the room where the people who think like you finally are, your search is over.

Send proof of work in the first message.
